Delon Hampton & Associates, Chartered a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Washington, DC, currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic, Project Controls Manager.
- Coordinate with the landlord, United Airlines stakeholders, facility maintenance, IT, environmental affairs, Corporate Real Estate (CRE), vendors, and firms contracted by United Airlines, as well as execute the various day-to-day project oversight and management tasks required to complete the assigned project.
- Ensure the project follows the CRE Project Management Life Cycle, United Airlines procurement requirements and MWAA's standards, guidelines, and requirements.
- The consultant shall provide management services required during project planning, design/engineering, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.
- The consultant will also be responsible for ensuring project schedules and budgets are maintained and must notify United Airlines immediately of any concerns related to either.
- United Airlines will require the consultant to use various Microsoft Office applications as well as United Airlines utilized software for project activities.
- A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction, quantity surveying or a related field; and
- Offering more than seven (7) years of dedicated expertise in this field, with the possibility of extended practical experience.
